P 365 Again!
I'm back at it again this year. After enjoying snapping a picture a day for 2009 and 2010, I've decided to do it again this year. Things will be different this year though. I have a list of things I would like to try to shoot (2011 Challenge). I'm not sure if I will be able to keep up with the Challenge, but I'm going to try. I'm hoping that by challenging myself, I will shoot better pictures!
Why?
My life is passing me by. I’m not really sure why, or how, but time definitely seems to be going much faster than it used to. So, this year I thought I’d try something new…let’s say a pact. My pact for the year 2009 is to take a picture every day of the year. It may not be particularly exciting; it absolutely won’t be anything new or ground-breaking. But, if…I mean WHEN I succeed, I should have a pretty detailed record of how lives progressed, all the day-to-day stuff that seems to be overlooked or forgotten, or sometimes just ignored. Maybe after all this is done, no one will care. Heck, maybe I won’t even care, but I think I will. I think this picture-a-day will help us to remember all the little things that happened to us. Because a lot can go on in 525,600 minutes, or in 8,760 hours, or 52 weeks. A year. One year in our crazy life.
